In India, the cows & oxen are not relaxed and free from fear, because they assume, know & understand, that they might be killed in an extremely abominable, repulsive, & loathsome oppressed manner, cut in pieces, & then cooked to serve with the main meal as food, specially in a particular religious community.
Though, Cow Slaughter is banned in the Indian Constitution, it appears that the Central Government & the State Governments, are not well aware about the same, or, completely ignoring of the same !
